CONTROL CIRCUIT MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit member which enables a circuit substrate to be easily assembled to a circuit housing portion, and also to provide a motor.SOLUTION: A control circuit member 25 comprises: a circuit substrate 32 on which a Hall IC 33 is mounted facing a magnet 10a for a sensor provided rotatably together with a rotary shaft 10; and a substrate support member 31 for supporting the circuit substrate 32 to a circuit housing portion 21d. The control circuit member 25 is inserted into the circuit housing portion 21d of a gear housing 21 from an axial direction of the rotary shaft 10. The circuit substrate 32 is provided in an inclined state with respect to the axial direction of the rotary shaft 10 so as to make the Hall IC 33 close to the magnet 10a for the sensor.
