Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information across respective stages of manufacturing raw material, manufacturing a battery, or using a battery regarding a secondary battery that is charged and discharged, and to provide beneficial information at the respective stages.SOLUTION: When receiving a request signal including a battery ID from a computer, a battery manufacture workload corresponding to the battery ID stored in a battery database and one or more raw material IDs are extracted in response to the request signal, a raw material manufacture total workload is calculated by adding up raw material manufacture workloads corresponding to the raw material IDs stored in a raw material database, a battery manufacture total workload is calculated by adding the battery manufacture workload to the raw material manufacture total workload, and the battery manufacture total workload is transmitted to the computer.
