PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a measurement device and a measurement method which extract significant values from measured values in software performance measurement.SOLUTION: A computer program makes a computer execute processing to: determine a distribution pattern of plural measured values having been acquired; extract significant measured values from the plural measured values having been acquired, according to the determined distribution pattern of measured values; and calculate the result values of measurements of the plural measured values, from the extracted significant measured values.
