TRACK DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track displacement measurement apparatus capable of reliably detecting track anomaly with an inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A track displacement measurement apparatus includes: a plurality of photographing targets A1-A4, B1-B4 located on or proximate to a railroad track 32; a digital camera 11 which captures an image that includes all of the plurality of targets; and a control unit which controls the timing for the digital camera 11 to acquire images, stores acquired images, computes coordinates of each target using each of the acquired images, and stores computation results. The control unit has a function to compute coordinates of the targets from acquired images and measure displacement of the track from temporal change of the coordinates since start of the operation obtained from each result of the coordinate computation on every acquired image and, in addition, has a self diagnosis function to diagnose presence of target anomaly and lens anomaly of the camera.
