Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which forms an adhesive layer excellent in adhesiveness at temperature from about -30°C to room temperature and having reworkability at about -50°C or less.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component or a partial polymer of the monomer component. The monomer component comprises a (meth)acrylic acid Calkyl ester and a monomer containing a polar group excluding a carboxyl group. The content of the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester is not less than 40 wt% and less than 80 wt% with respect to the total amount of the monomer component, the content of the monomer containing a polar group is 7 wt% or more with respect to the total amount of the monomer component, and the total content of the monomer containing a polar group and an alicyclic monomer is 15 wt% or more with respect to the total amount of the monomer component.
