PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a part of a recording material bundle without an apparatus exclusively used for cutting.SOLUTION: On a recycle mode, a used booklet is put on a support plate 41 by a user, and then, the booklet is transported to a cutting mechanism 65. Specifically, the booklet is held with a grip transportation mechanism 47 after the support plate 41, on which the booklet is put, is moved on a bookbinding route 33. After that, a folding roll 63 is rotationally driven, the booklet is fed to the cutting mechanism 65, and a cutting blade 65x with a flat blade shape is moved into the booklet. Thereby, a back of the booklet is cut down. Since a rotary plate 681 is in an inclined state when the back is cut down, cut chips caused by cutting of the back are stored in a cut chip storing box 68.
