NEUTRALIZED SALT EXTRACTION DEVICE OF CO2 CHEMICAL ABSORPTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralized salt extraction device of a COchemical absorption system capable of extracting neutralized salt stably continuously to the outside of a system and reducing loss of absorbing solution.SOLUTION: A hopper 8 which stores neutralized salt; sluice valves 9,10 of hopper entrance and exit; and a neutralized salt extraction device 40 equipped with a measuring device for a neutralized salt amount in the hopper 8 are installed under a reclaimer 1A in which alkali agent is added to absorbing solution to neutralize the solution and activate the absorbing solution. The neutralized salt 7 generated in the reclaimer is stored in the hopper 8, reception of the neutralized salt is stopped when a storage amount reaches a high level, and the neutralized salt is discharged from the hopper 8. Discharge of the neutralized salt from the hopper 8 is stopped when a storage amount reaches a low level, and the neutralized salt is received again. The neutralized salt 7 generated in the reclaimer is continuously stably extracted by the device configuration and operation. Further, a sealed state is maintained so as to prevent the absorbing solution from being discarded together with the discharge of the neutralized salt, to suppress loss of the absorbing solution.
