PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image of high image quality from which a smear component is removed.SOLUTION: Incident light from an optical system is divided into first and second incident light, and by signal processing using first data output from a first image sensor which receives the first incident light and second data output from a second image sensor which receives the second incident light and has the same configuration as the first image sensor, image data obtained by removing a smear component from the first data is calculated. The present technique can be applied to, for example, a digital camera for capturing an image or the like.
