ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor element excellent in sealability and facilitating a terminal to be led out.SOLUTION: In an organic semiconductor element 10, a transparent first electrode layer 14, an organic semiconductor layer 16 and a second electrode layer 18 are laminated, in the order, on a transparent substrate 12; the outside whole surface of the second electrode layer 18 is covered with a conductive sealing layer 20 brought into contact with at least a part of the second electrode layer 18 to be conducted to the second electrode layer 18; and the peripheral end of the second electrode layer 18 and the peripheral end of the organic semiconductor layer 16 are covered over the whole circumference with an insulation sealing material 24 disposed between the peripheral end of the transparent first electrode layer 14 and the peripheral end of the second electrode layer 18 to insulate them.
