Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visibility from outside by diffusing warning light to a wide range without loss, with an easy and compact constitution.SOLUTION: A mars light 1 includes a first lens 4 on the inner side of a light tool body 3 and a second lens 5 forward rather than the first lens 4. An LED light source 8 is provided on a light source substrate 7 behind the first lens 4. The first lens 4 includes a cup type condenser lens 9 for collecting light from the light source 8, and emits parallel light PL forward a light tool from a full reflection surface 11. The second lens 5 includes a plurality of prism lenses 15 in a bamboo blind shape on the inner side of a lens frame 14. The prism lens 15 deflects part of light from the condenser lens 9 with a full reflection surface 18, and forms diffusion light DL outside the emission range of the parallel light PL.
