BIM SYSTEM, SERVER DEVICE, TERMINAL DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIM system, a server device, a terminal device, a method, and a program that, in proposing a facility plan of an elevator, are capable of displaying a state where the elevator is installed in a building in an easily visually understandable manner.SOLUTION: A BIM system is communicably connected to a server device and a terminal device. The server device creates BIM parts of an elevator corresponding to a creation condition transmitted from the terminal device using parts information stored in a storage unit, and transmits the created BIM parts of the elevator to the terminal device. The terminal device creates an integrated BIM model obtained by integrating the BIM parts transmitted from the server device into a BIM model of a building stored in the storage unit, generates a layout screen including the created integrated BIM model, and displays the generated layout screen on a display unit.
