Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of reducing variations in a flow rate of injection fuel due to individual difference, and promoting the atomization of the injection fuel.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve includes: a valve sheet having a fuel passage and a valve seat portion inside; a valve member having an abutting portion capable of being seated at the valve seat portion, and opening/closing the fuel passage by separating the abutting portion from the valve seat portion and seating the abutting portion at the valve seat portion; and an injection hole plate having an injection hole for injecting fuel from a fuel chamber communicating with the fuel passage. The injection hole has a slit-shape making a fuel flow collide in a long axis direction, and forming a liquid film in a direction intersecting the long axis direction. Near the injection hole, a groove or an inclination for reducing variations in a flow rate of injection fuel is provided.
