INTAKE DEVICE FOR MULTI-CYLINDER ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for multi-cylinder engine which can form a bypass without using a communication pipe, has preferable ease of assembly and is compact.SOLUTION: A bypass control valve 10 is disposed on one throttle body 1A, and bypass downstream channels 12band 12bof bypasses 12and 12of the other throttle body 1B side are composed of first through holes 39and 39which extend from the bypass control valve 10, pass through the interior of a wall of the one throttle body 1A and open downstream ends on a joint surface with the other throttle body 1B of the one throttle body 1A and second through holes 39and 39which pass through the interior of a wall of the other throttle body 1B, open upstream ends on the joint surface with the one throttle body 1A, of the other throttle body 1B so as to communicate the upstream end with the downstream ends of the first through holes 39and 39and, meanwhile, open the downstream ends to intake ways 2and 2of the other throttle body 1B.
