Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet holding device capable of holding a previously cut sheet in an excellent state without wrinkles.SOLUTION: A sheet holding device 10 includes: a first suction part 11 and a second suction part 12 which suction-hold by a negative pressure each one end side and the other end side of a top surface of a sheet whose outer shape is formed in a predetermined shape, a body 13 which supports both the second suction part 12 and the first suction part 11, contacts the top surface of the sheet between the first suction part 11 and the second suction part 12, and is made detachable through a shock absorber 15 from a conveyance part 32 of a sheet conveyance device 30, and a movable mechanism 14 which is supported on the body 13 and moves the second suction part 12 to a direction separating from the first suction part 11.
