COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR RAILROAD VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of expanding location more than before where in-train announcement, communication between crews, and emergency communication are allowed in a train.SOLUTION: A communication system for a railroad vehicle comprises: an in-train communication system including at least one of in-train announcement system, a communication system between crews, and an emergency communication system between passengers and the crews which are fixedly arranged in a railroad vehicle; a radio communication system including a radio communication control device, one or more radio base stations and one or more radio terminals carried by the crews which are mounted on the railroad vehicle; and a connection control device for converting a control signal from the radio communication system into a control signal for the in-train communication system while converting a control signal from the in-train communication system into a control signal for the radio communication system.
