PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of effectively sucking up ink particles.SOLUTION: The printer includes: a bracket; a conveyor and a motor fixed to the bracket; and a nozzle connected to the conveyor. The motor drives the conveyor to move, and the nozzle emits a jet of ink to a print sheet while being driven and transferred by the conveyor. Further, the printer includes: a transmission component contacting the conveyor; a first gear fixed to the transmission component; a fan module; and an ink collecting device comprising an orientation assembly contacting the first gear. In a process where the conveyor moves, the transmission component and the first gear are driven by the conveyor to rotate so that the first gear drives the orientation assembly to rotate, and thereby the fan module, while rotating, sucks up the ink particles generated in a process where the nozzle emits the jet of ink.
