THERMAL HEAD AND THERMAL PRINTER INCLUDING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal head capable of reducing a possibility that sticking occurs, and a thermal printer including the same.SOLUTION: The thermal head includes: a substrate; a heat accumulation layer provided on the substrate; and a plurality of heating parts 9 provided on the heat accumulation layer. In adjacent heating parts 9, a center of gravity of the heat accumulation layer located below the heating part 9 of one side is displaced from a center of gravity of the heat accumulation layer located below the heating part 9 of the other side in plan view. It is preferable that the thermal head also includes a protective layer for protecting the plurality of heating parts 9 and a height of a top of the protection layer from the substrate is approximately equal in each of the plurality of heating parts 9.
