Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform assembly work of a rotary structure with high assembling accuracy, the assembly work for welding rib plates while indexing a rotor.SOLUTION: A device for assembling a rotary structure according to an embodiment includes: a first turning roller table 11 having turning rollers 24a, 24b for supporting one end of a rotor 2 with a pair of rollers and rotating the rotor at any angle; a second turning roller table 12 having turning rollers 28a, 28b for supporting the other end of the rotor 2 with a set of rollers having the same size as the rollers of the first turning roller table 11 and rotatably supporting the rotor 2 in a horizontal posture; and a pair of rib plate supporting tables 14 capable of positioning horizontally supported rib plate 4 to a predetermined welding position to the rotor 2 and disposed so as to face to each other with the rotor 2.
