METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOT ROLLED STEEL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hot rolled steel plate capable of effectively reducing the occurrence of scale flaws on a steel plate surface without providing a new apparatus or the like.SOLUTION: Among the plurality of finish rolling stands (F1 stand to F7 stand), when the steel plate is passed through the finish rolling stand (F2 stand) with which the steel plate is brought into contact for the second time during rolling, a rolling reduction (%) of the F2 stand and a surface temperature (°C) of the steel plate are controlled to satisfy the following relational expression: P≤-0.1T+140T≤975, where P is a rolling reduction of the F2 stand and T is a surface temperature of the steel plate when passing through the F2 stand.
