Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which prevents a short-circuit between a commutator and a rotor core by conductive particles generated from the commutator and a brush.SOLUTION: The motor includes: a stator which is arranged on the inner side of a housing and includes a magnet; a rotor including a rotor core which is arranged at the center of the stator and through which a rotation shaft passes, an insulator which covers the rotor core, and a coil which is wound on the insulator; a commutator which is coupled to the rotation shaft and electrically connected to the coil; and a brush which is coupled to the housing and closely contacted to the commutator. The insulator is formed with a short-circuit prevention unit formed on a drop path of conductive particles in order to prevent a short-circuit between the rotor core and the commutator from being generated when the conductive particles generated by the commutator and the brush drop. |
