Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary actuator and a valve using the same where an output shaft of a motor or a rotation angle of a rotor connected to the output shaft is made easily in agreement with a target angle, and a gain constant at the time of feedback control by a control device can be reduced.SOLUTION: Relation between a real angle of a valve shaft 40 of the rotary actuator 8 and an output voltage of a Hall IC 63 is configured in advance so that an output voltage variation amount per predetermined current supply period to the motor 20 may be constant irrespective of the real angle. Therefore, when the motor 20 is driven, a rotation amount of the valve shaft 40 per the predetermined current supply period will be constant irrespective of the real angle of the valve shaft 40. Consequently, even when the gain constant at the time of the feedback control by the control device 13 is not changed, that is, even when the same gain constant is used, a satisfactory control performance can be acquired.
