PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components as much as possible, eliminate troublesome maintenance, reduce a cost, make take-out positions of electronic components on a storage tape constant, and reduce a time for cutting.SOLUTION: In an electronic component mounting device, when a drive cylinder 23 is driven so that a rod 23A is extended, the rod 23A moves a movable blade 22 so that a storage tape T in which electronic components has been taken out is cut by the movable blade 22 and a fixed blade 14. In this case, bodies 20A and 20B to be guided to which the movable blade 22 is fixed are moved while being guided by guide walls 12A and 12B provided in both ends of a main machine body 11, so that the storage tape T is cut by the fixed blade 14 supported by a support wall 13 connecting between both guide walls 12A and 12B at one ends of the guide walls 12A and 12B, and the movable blade 22 fixed to the moved bodies 20A and 20B to be guided.
