Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation of a safe explosion-proof valve by correctly and rapidly detecting temperature rise of an electrolytic capacitor due to abnormality of the electrolytic capacitor and peripheral components.SOLUTION: A control circuit 24 controls an object circuit having an electrolytic capacitor. In a temperature difference calculating section 41, a difference between the temperature of the electrolytic capacitor and the ambient temperature of the electrolytic capacitor is calculated. In an abnormality detection section 42, abnormality is detected on the basis of the temperature difference calculated by the temperature difference calculating section 41. The abnormality detection section 42 determines abnormality when the temperature difference is larger than a threshold. When the abnormality detection section 42 detects abnormality, an operation control section 43 stops operation of the object circuit. |
