PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently notify a plurality of OSs of interruption.SOLUTION: An interruption estimation frequency table 290 stores an interruption estimation frequency which is predetermined as an estimation value of a frequency at which each device (from 130A to 130C) generates interruption to an OS for each of the OSs 120A, 120B and 120C. An interruption notification unit 210 detects interruption which each device generates. The interruption notification unit 210 estimates one of the OSs as an interruption OS to which interruption occurs, on the basis of the interruption estimation frequency for each of the OSs 120A, 120B and 120C stored in the interruption frequency table 290. The interruption notification unit 210 notifies the OS estimated as the interruption OS of the interruption. When the OS of the notification destination is not the interruption OS, the interruption notification unit 210 estimates a new OS as the interruption OS and notifies the newly estimated OS of the interruption.
