Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exclusive control program for dynamically determining an exclusive section indicating a unit of exclusive control for performing exclusive lock.SOLUTION: An exclusive section indicating a unit of exclusive control for performing exclusive lock to at least one or more pieces of operation information for each of a plurality of pieces of workflow information indicating an operation procedure including operation information defining operation of an information processing apparatus is set in a computer. When performing operation based on the operation information corresponding to the exclusive section of each workflow information, priority of the exclusive section is calculated by using operation importance information indicating importance of operation corresponding to a sort of the operation information and operation urgency information indicating urgency of operation, and when both exclusive sections are in competitive relationship each other, exclusive control of the exclusive sections between workflows is performed in accordance with the priority to solve the problem.
