Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy for an information user to recognize useful information.SOLUTION: An extraction limitation control unit 29 sets an extraction condition that, if the number of pieces of posting information including at least one of main relevant keywords and sub relevant keywords but not including NG keywords exceeds a first prescribed number, the first number of pieces of posting information associated with other posting information with a high frequency should be extracted. In accordance with the extraction condition, a posting information extraction unit 28 extracts the first prescribed number of pieces of posting information associated with other posting information with a high frequency, from the posting information including at least one of main relevant keywords and sub relevant keywords but not including NG keywords.
