Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load testing device capable of effectively receiving a vertical load on a specimen by correcting the inclination of a weight.SOLUTION: A load testing device 1 supports a weight 40 from the lower side by lower flexible support members 51 to 54 so as to allow changing of its position attitude, detects moving-direction inclination of an upper holding part 72 caused by a horizontal actuator 30 in the weight 40, and changes the shapes of the lower flexible support members 51 to 54 so that the attitude of the weight 40 can be similar to a predetermined reference attitude.
