Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof wall capable of preventing the occurrence of sound leakage via a gap between a magnetic substance and a magnetic unit installed on a sound insulation plate, thereby preliminarily preventing the occurrence of a noise damage.SOLUTION: The sound-proof wall includes: a sound insulating board 13 supported so as to be freely rotatable via a sound insulating board support shaft 15A in a frame body 12, and installed such that an opening 11 surrounded by frame body 12 is opened or closed; and a magnetic force adsorbent M disposed between the lower frame of the frame body 12 and the sound insulating board 13 such that when the sound insulating board 13 is closed, the sound insulating board 13 is held in a closed state. At least one of the sound insulating board 13 and the magnetic absorbent M is formed with a sealing member (an elastic body 15B of an elastic hinge 15, a horizontal/vertical sealing member 18 constituted of a viscoelastic body) for adhering the frame body 12 and the sound insulating board 13.
