HEAT-SENSITIVE RECORDING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording material having high glossiness, preventing sticking or adhesion of scum, and having excellent head matching property.SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive recording material includes a heat-sensitive recording layer containing at least a leuco dye and a coloring agent on a support body, a protective layer containing a pigment and an adhesive on the heat-sensitive recording layer, and an uppermost layer containing a crosslinked cured product of a UV curable resin on the protective layer. The uppermost layer contains calcium carbonate and calcined kaolin, in which the content proportion of the calcium carbonate is 5 to 20 mass% in the whole solid content of the uppermost layer, and the content proportion of the calcined kaolin is 0.5 to 3.0 mass% in the whole solid content of the uppermost layer.
