Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute stable and effective processing for a long time on recovering water by coagulation treatment and filtration processing as a pretreatment system of RO membrane separation processing by obtaining good RO feed water by reducing required amount of inorganic coagulant in coagulation treatment.SOLUTION: Coagulation treatment is performed by adding a cation-based organic coagulant where the intrinsic viscosity is not more than 0.5 dL/g and an inorganic coagulant in coolant blow water. Good RO feed water is provided in addition to reduce a required amount of the inorganic coagulant by using a specific cation-based organic coagulant together with the inorganic coagulant in coagulation treatment of the coolant blow water.
