PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine configured so as to be able to arrange an electronic component board by overlapping a panel having a game ball passage arranged at a rear side of a game board with the passage.SOLUTION: A game machine 1 is provided with a rear panel 25 arranged at a rear side of a game board 4 to include a passage for causing game balls advancing backward from the game board 4 to flow. In the rear panel 25, the passage is formed in the shape of a groove, a groove bottom part 94 is provided at a rear side of a passing part through which the game balls are caused to pass, and a through hole 93 is formed so as to pass through the groove bottom part 94. An electronic component board 100 is attached to the rear panel 25 on a rear surface side of the groove bottom part 94, and a portion of a light emitting component 103 is arranged in an advancing state into the through hole 93 such that a tip part of the light emitting component 103 is located between a front face and a rear face of the groove bottom part 94 in the attachment state.
