Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve remote monitoring of a charger state by remotely controlling an output of the charger according to a state of power supply to a distribution line.SOLUTION: The remote monitoring and control system includes three independent receptacles: a first receptacle for always accepting a command transmitted from a host system; a second receptacle for transmitting a state change of a charger to the host system as occasion requires; and a third receptacle for timely transmitting, upon request, the data which has not been transmitted during a down period of a network .
