ACTIVATION ENERGY RAY CURABLE INK FOR FORMING INSULATING FILM, AND THIN-FILM TRANSISTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide activation energy ray curable ink for an insulating film of an organic thin-film transistor, that is capable of obtaining an insulating film having excellent solvent resistance and insulation property in a very short time and intrinsically without a need for heating.SOLUTION: By using a compound containing a specific polymerizable double bond in combination with a silsesquioxane compound containing a (meth)acryloyl group, an insulating film of polysilsesquioxane that is excellent in not only physical properties such as the solvent resistance and the insulation property but also the field-effect mobility at the time when used for a TFT can be obtained.
