REGISTER COUNTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register counter that can surely take out a bag body from rolled plastic bags.SOLUTION: A register counter according to the present invention includes a bag cutting-off device 1 for rolled plastic bags. The bag cutting-off device 1 includes a lip member 3 and a board 2. In the lip member 3, a slit 31 is formed that can insert a bag body 61 of a wind-off end of a rolled plastic bag 6. The board 2 has the rip member 3 attached such that the slit 31 is positioned at an opening 21. When the bag body 61 at the wind-off end inserted from a rear side of the lip member 3 is drawn to the slit 31 from a front side of the lip member 3, by a frictional resistance force between the bag body 61 and an inner peripheral side surface 32 of the slit 31, the bag body 61 at the wind-off end is configured to be cut at a position of a perforation between the bag body 61 and a subsequent bag body 61 and thereby cut off.
