Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a concentration related parameter capable of easily and rapidly measuring an activated carbon concentration related parameter, a measuring system, a measuring method, and a preparation method for an activated carbon slurry using them.SOLUTION: A device for measuring an activated carbon concentration related parameter comprises: an electric conductivity sensor 2 that is immersed in an activated carbon slurry and has a pair of electrodes 21, 22 facing each other; and concentration related parameter calculating parts 33, 37 for calculating activated carbon concentration related parameter values on the basis of electric potential differences generated between the electrodes 21, 22 when the electrodes 21, 22 are made to contact an activated carbon slurry to flow electric current.
