Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus capable of continuing heating operation when a temperature in an apparatus body rises.SOLUTION: An overheat preventing thermostat 25 for detecting a predetermined high temperature and a warm air temperature sensor 27 for detecting a predetermined low temperature are arranged on an upper part of a heat exchanger 19 in an apparatus body 1. When the warm air temperature sensor 27 detects that the temperature reaches the predetermined low temperature or more in heating operation, whether or not a rotational frequency of a convection fan 20 is a maximum value is confirmed, and when the rotational frequency of the convection fan 20 is the maximum value, heating power set by an operation part 2 is reduced by one step, so that temperature rise in the apparatus body 1 is eased and heating operation is not stopped by the overheat preventing thermostat 25 detecting the predetermined high temperature, thereby improving user's usability.
