Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by preventing a material from sticking to an inner wall of an iron pot and a blade.SOLUTION: A device M is formed in a curved surface shape so that a plurality of blades 22 and 42 used for rotary blade mechanisms 2 and 4 become an arch as a whole, both surfaces on the base end side become a plane shape of extending in a substantially straight line shape, and both surfaces on the tip side gradually curve to one surface side on the tip side from a substantially intermediate part to a tip part. These blades 22 and 42 are successively installed on rotary shafts 21 and 41 by changing a predetermined angle phase at an interval of a dimension corresponding to a tip side ejection distance to the right-angled direction from one surface on a base end side of the respective blades 22 and 42 or a dimension smaller than this, with the tip side thereof directed to outlets 12, 32 side.
