Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive washing device and a washing method capable of strongly removing a fixing object fixed to a lip.SOLUTION: The washing device 4 comprises a washing unit 5 and a washing liquid supply port 14 for supplying a washing liquid for washing a lip surface 23, and washes the lip surface 23 while moving the washing unit 5 and the washing liquid supply port 14 in the longitudinal direction of the lip surface 23 by moving means 6. The washing unit 5 is provided with an ultrasonic vibrating part 11 attached with an ultrasonic vibrator 15 and formed with an opposed groove 13, and forms an immersion part 19 by supplying the washing liquid from the washing liquid supply port 14 to its clearance by approaching the opposed groove 13 and the lip surface 23, and partially washes the lip surface 23 by ultrasonically vibrating the ultrasonic vibrating part 11 in its state, and also washes the lip surface 23 in the longitudinal direction by moving the washing unit 5 and the washing liquid supply port 14 in the longitudinal direction.
