Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable electric connection between a first conductor and a second conductor.SOLUTION: A shield member 100 is placed between a first conductor 200 and a second conductor 300 which are placed facing each other. The shield member 100 establishes electrical continuity between the first conductor 200 and the second conductor 300. The shield member 100 includes: a foundation part 110; an elevation part 120; and a protrusion part 130. The foundation part 110 is connected with the first conductor 200. The elevation part 120 has elasticity and is connected with the foundation part 110. The elevation part 120 is provided so as to be elevated in a direction away from the foundation part 110. The protrusion part 130 is formed at a top part of the elevation part 120 protruding therefrom and is placed in contact with the second conductor 300 by an energizing force of the elevation part 120.
