Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive polycarbonate resin composition excellent in thermal conductivity and durability, and having an excellent thermal conductivity in a specific direction.SOLUTION: A heat conductive polycarbonate resin composition contains a polycarbonate resin, a pitch-based graphitized short fiber, and a graphite particle, wherein in the heat conductive polycarbonate resin composition, the pitch-based graphitized short fiber has an aspect ratio of 6 to 20 and a Laman spectrum parameter I/Iof 0.080 to 0.150; the graphite particle has an aspect ratio produced in the thickness and major axis directions of 10 to 50, a Laman spectrum parameter I/Iof 0.050 to 0.085, and an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm; a mixture of the pitch-based graphitized short fiber and the graphite particle has a BET specific surface area of ≤10 m/g; 80 to 500 pts.wt. of the graphite particle is contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the pitch-based graphitized short fiber; and 50 to 100 pts.wt. of the total of the pitch-based graphitized short fiber and the graphite particle is contained based on 100 pts.wt. of the polycarbonate resin. |
