COMPOUNDS USEFUL AS RAF KINASE INHIBITORS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds useful as inhibitors of Raf protein kinase.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compounds useful as inhibitors of Raf protein kinase. The present invention also provides compositions thereof, and methods of treating Raf-mediated diseases. It has now been found that compounds, and pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, are effective as inhibitors of one or more protein kinases. In certain other embodiments, the invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound, wherein the compound is present in an amount effective to inhibit Raf activity. In certain other embodiments, the invention provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound and optionally further comprising an additional therapeutic agent. In yet other embodiments, the additional therapeutic agent is an agent for the treatment of cancer.
