Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool an inverter mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A heat exchanging system includes: a first path where a lubricant for a vehicle transmission flows and which cools a motor in use for vehicle travelling; a second path where the lubricant circulates and flows and which cools an inverter for supplying power to the motor; a third path where an airconditioning refrigerant for airconditioning the inside of a vehicle circulated and flows; and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between a lubricant circulating and flowing in the second path, and an airconditioning refrigerant circulating and flowing in the third path.
