Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent relay that is configured to check whether an internal contact (b contact) operative to trip a circuit breaker is in good health on the basis of a contact resistance by a simple test input.SOLUTION: A b contact 120 adapted to be opened while an overcurrent relay 100A is in action is connected in parallel with terminals 103, 104 for connection of a trip coil of a circuit breaker. A testing circuit 200 is configured to form a current path including the b contact 120 and a testing resistive element 210 when an external power supply 290 is connected to testing terminals 201, 202 in a test mode. In the test mode, an arithmetic processing section 150 detects a voltage V2 across the b contact and measures a contact resistance of the b contact on the basis of the voltage V2. In the test mode, a display section 170 displays information based on the result of measurement of the contact resistance.
