Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premise protective relay device capable of preventing unwanted disconnection caused by a loop tidal current in a power receiving loop switching operation.SOLUTION: When a phase increase component of a present current Iinputted from an A/D converter 11 with respect to a T-cycle-before current Iinputted from a retarder 12 is settled within a non-operation zone of 0°±40° or within a non-operation zone of 180°±40°, a phase comparator 14 outputs a low-level output signal. When the phase increase component of the present current Iwith respect to the T-cycle-before current Iis settled within any other operation zone than these two non-operation zones, the phase comparator 14 outputs a high-level output signal. When high-level output signals are inputted from a current value comparator 13 and the phase comparator 14 and high-level first and second counter-side power transmission line protective relay device non-operation signals Sand Sare inputted from first and second counter-side power transmission line protective relay devices, an AND circuit 15 outputs a trip signal TR. |
