Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN access point and an information processing method that can improve the reliability of information posted by users.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN access point comprises a wireless LAN communication unit, and a server unit for providing information for a radio terminal via the wireless LAN communication unit. The server unit comprises: storage means for storing information on the installation site of the wireless LAN communication unit; transmission processing means, when there is a request for information provision from the radio terminal via the wireless LAN communication unit, for obtaining information according to the request from the storage means, and for transmitting the information to the request source radio terminal via the wireless LAN communication unit; and reception processing means for storing contribution information transmitted by the radio terminal via the wireless LAN communication unit as the information on the installation site in the storage means.
