LIGHT-EMITTING PANEL, AND LIGHTING FIXTURE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting panel which can comparatively easily remove fouling, and to provide a lighting fixture using the same.SOLUTION: A light-emitting panel 10 is provided with: a first light guide plate 1; a second light guide plate 2 arranged opposed to the first light guide plate 1 so as to be overlapped; a light source portion 3 which makes light incident to one end 1a side of the first light guide plate 1; and an optical member 4 which, at another end 1b side of the first light guide plate 1, guides light that has been guided in the first light guide plate 1, to another end 2b side of the second light guide plate 2 in order to guide this guided light to one end 2a side of the second light guide plate 2 from the another end 2b side of the second light guide plate 2. The first light guide plate 1 and the second light guide plate 2 have light extraction parts 5 respectively for extracting parts of light guided in the insides to the outside on first main faces 1aa sides where the first light guide plate 1 and the second light guide plate 2 are opposed, and emit combined light of the lights extracted from the first light guide plate 1 and the second light guide plate 2 from a second main face 1ab of the first light guide plate 1.
