Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble working oil agent composition for superfinishing work reduced in clogging of a grinding tool.SOLUTION: A water-soluble working oil agent composition for superfinishing work contains 1-40 mass% of salt on basis of total amount of the composition, and 60-99 mass% of water on basis of total amount of the composition, the salt is an inorganic salt comprising only at least two kinds selected from the group comprising sodium salts or potassium salts of phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, silic acid and boric acid, and a pH is 10-14 at 25°C in a diluted-to-5% liquid of the composition.
