SAFETY FENCE OF ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety fence of an elevator that can achieve a stable installation condition regardless of an on-site installation environment.SOLUTION: A safety fence installed in an elevator provided with a pair of double-hinged car stop doors 3a and 3b disposed between a hoistway 1 and a car stop 2 includes: a frame body 10 (entry prevention member) disposed on a car stop 2 side in relation to the pair of the car stop doors 3a and 3b and spanning the pair of the car stop doors; a regulation part for regulating an opening operation of the car stop doors 3a and 3b so that the pair of the car stop doors 3a and 3b do not open beyond the horizontal width L of the frame body 10; and a pressure part for pressing the frame body 10 against the faces on the car stop 2 side of the pair of car stop doors 3a and 3b respectively.
