Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide DC-DC conversion with a simpler configuration than a general switching power circuit.SOLUTION: A DC-DC conversion circuit 36 (power converter) includes a collector resonance type inverter circuit 61 and a rectifier circuit 63. The collector resonance type inverter circuit 61 inputs DC power from a storage battery 52 and converts the DC power to AC power. The rectifier circuit 63 rectifies AC power output by the collector resonance type inverter circuit 61 and converts the rectified power to DC power. A load current is limited by a ballast capacitor 621 of the collector resonance type inverter circuit 61.
