Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the circuit scale increases or the switching control objects increase, when a step-up chopper circuit is provided so as to transmit power from one of the first and second coils of a transformer connected with the lower voltage of a DC voltage source to the other connected with the higher voltage.SOLUTION: A first capacitor Ci is connected through a first full-bridge circuit FB1 with the first coil w1 of a transformer T, and a second capacitor Co is connected through a second full-bridge circuit FB2 with the second coil w2 of a transformer T. The leakage inductor of the transformer T is equivalent to provision of an inductor 12 between the first full-bridge circuit FB1 and second full-bridge circuit FB2. When transmitting power from the second coil w2 side to the first coil w1 side, the power is stored temporarily in the inductor 12.
